Aftercare

Proper aftercare is essential to protect and support your skin following a peel:

Avoid touching or picking at peeling skin.
Avoid active skincare ingredients for 5–7 days unless advised.
Avoid excessive heat (saunas, steam rooms, hot baths) for 48 hours.
Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
Wear SPF 30+ daily and avoid direct sun exposure.

Lesley was amazing, very welcoming from the moment I stepped through the door   and made me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment I was having. She is very experienced and certainly didn't fob me off with treatments which didn't suit my skin. I felt relaxed and she explained every step of the treatment.
